The latest updated version of RAGE Plugin Hook, required to play LSPDFR, can be found inside the LSPDFR download. It is not currently available on the RAGE Plugin Hook website.
[16th April] LSPDFR Enhanced Preview has been updated to include a fix for users struggling to access the PD interior.

I was playing lspdfr when my game crashed. I got back on a few hours later and the rage plugin hook is not working. Says current game version is not supported and my 

installed game version is 2802

and supported game version is 2372

I figured it out, you have to download LSPDFR. And find the file in it that is your rage plug-in hook. It says it is an application. Then Move it over into you main gta directory. And launch as usual
