Slow System or Insufficient permissions

Featured Replies

When trying to launch RAGEPluginHook.exe, I am greeted with an error: Slow System or Insufficient permissions.

I have tried multiple methods to solve this problem:

1. Turned off Real-Time protection in Windows Security (I have no Third-Party antivirus installed on my computer)

2. Ran the executable as administrator

3. Deleted the entire copy of the GTAV folder including LSPDFR and Script Hook V and reinstalled it all again.

4. Disabled Geforce Experience in-game Overlay

None of these methods solved my problem and yes, I have restarted my sytem. It did not solve it

What else can I try in order to get my game running?

Edit: I realized I may need to install ScriptHookV in the original folder. I will try that
