When I try to run GTA IV it gives me this error after loading

The instruction at 0x0000000066281B3E referenced memory at 0x000000000002 could not be read. The memory could not be read.

here are my log files

I tried using a old version of LCDPFR, Using old version of ScriptHook and redownloading LCPDFR countless times, help!

I use the normal GTA IV btw.
