I recently attempted to convert replacement police cars into add ons since there was so many cars i seen interesting but would only want them as add ons. I found 2 different ways to do it one complicated, one easy but I found afterwards problems like peds not pulling over, or hitting siren 6 and it not working, just 1-5 sirens work. I used this most recently and had both problems for 2 different vehicles using this method  Addon Creator Vehicles - GTA5-Mods.com

is there a better way to convert? if not how do I fix the two problems? also noticed the carvariations meta was missing during creation process, i grabbed one from another police vehicle file, it didnt register.
