so when i launch rage plugin it proceeds to open rockstar launcher then says to open with steam on rockstar. i click on steam them it launches gta 5 and then says slow system or insufficient permissions. i just had rage working but i uninstalled gta5 and everything so i could restart and have a clean copy. i need help

It does think for me sometimes but works fine when I just close Rockstar launcher and open in the game in steam like you did before Rockstar made you open games through their launcher try that.

that didn't work, I go to steam and open the game them it proceeds to open rockstar launcher. I recently uninstalled gta5 to have a clean copy to have two folders so one to mod and one for normal online. before I uninstalled gta5 and everything in the folder, rage would automatically open gta5 by itself. now it tries to get me to go through rockstar launcher and i press launch with steam and it says slow system or insufficient permissions.

hi so what i would do in this situation is download these and put them in your gta v directory

After installing these if it still says slow system or permissions do this:

 

if your using basic windows security you search windows security -> virus & threat protection -> under virus & threat protection settings click manage settings -> Exclusions -> Add a exclusion ->

Folder -> select your gta v folder -> restart pc -> run RPH as normal.

 

if it still doesnt work after this restart your pc and try again.
