LSPDFR plugin crashing on startup

I don't know what could be causing  this, but it just crashes on startup every time I launch. The actual game its self doesn't shut down. I reload it and it works fine, but it crashes after a while of gameplay, too.

 

The mods I have are:
Stop the Ped

Ultimate Backup

Compulite

EUP L&O

EUP Serve and Rescue

Jacobmaate SAHP pack

Jacobmaate NOOSE pack
