I need help with my BMW

Hello officers of the LSPD and the LSPD County!

I am having a problem where when I installed an addon vehicle, the LSPDFR System doesn't know that the addon vehicle is a police vehicle and thinks its just a normal civilian car. Evidence to support this is that I do have ELS working on this vehicle but can't pull vehicles over when I have them turned on. As well as I can't use LSPDFR Computer+ in this vehicle. I was wondering how you can get the system to recognize that its a police vehicle so I can pull cars over again. As well as that the addon vehicles sirens aren't bright at all as the vanilla GTA cars sirens are pretty bright. I was wondering how you can make them brighter. I've tried to install Visual Mods but it only makes the vanilla car sirens brighter and not the addon cars.

If your wondering, this is the vehicle I installed that doesn't get recognized as a police vehicle by the LSPDFR system:

When I install the car for police it doesnt show me the car it show me the normal car unmarked not the BMW. If you can help me can you give me a tutorial from your site how to install it with the files you are going to give me. Thank you
