Added vehicles causing a game crash

Hey

I'm having issues after adding any form of vehicle to the 'DLCPACKS' file
other packs such as EUP do allow the game to load, yet if it has a vehicle, it crashes at "Loading and Populating Game World"
I do have a gameconfig and heapadjuster yet it still crashes, any fixes?

I also tried reinstalling the game, adding packs one at a time in case a pack was causing the crash, and still, it crashes
