GTA will not launch - rockstar launcher loops; tries to load then says “quitting” “exiting” then you’re back at the beginning and have option to hit load. Rage will try to start but closes when launcher doesn’t work. Have reinstalled everything possible including entire game, tried vanilla game,  lspdfr, deleted mods folder, adjusted admin/permissions. As far as I know, I’ve tried everything. Windows and all drivers are updated as well.
