I am gonna make liveries for anyone that messages me. A picture must be provided and some good detail of what you want it to look like

  Im doing this because LSPDFR.com has been a little dead so I'd think that all of the people out there who dont know how to make textures are sitting at their chair 24/7 waiting for something good to come out. (if I get alot of people who see this, which is very unlikely, there is gonna be a wait until I notice you)

One more thing I forgot to mention, this starts right now, but ends 1:30 AM EST but dont worry, I will reopen tomorrow at around 12 AM.
