RPH Loading Game/Launching game via Steam.

So I'm not sure what the problem is with the game, but I have tried every fix imaginable with this program and it still continues to do the same thing. When I launch RagePluginHook, it says "Launching game via steam..." and just sits there. I have tried to start rage at every living point GTA has and it will not hook. I have done everything I need to do with the antivirus, it will not work. I have no overlays, I have tried every single living fix I have found online. Not one person with this issue that I have found has successfully solved it. Below is the error I receive when I attempt to launch RPH while in the game. If I try to launch GTA just from RPH, it does the same thing. Except this time, if I close RPH, it tells me that GTA V is no longer connected to Rockstar Games & that I am in offline mode and it will no longer work after that point. It's very frustrating, I have done every fix and have devoted hours of my time to attempting to fixing this to no avail. I have restarted my computer probably more times than any human being on this planet, I've reinstalled GTA twice, my folder has nothing in it but LSPDFR & RPH. I have no fix in sight and so far nobody has helped me, but there have been a few that have attempted to and I appreciate that. Just please, if anyone has anything, I just want to play the game.
