The latest updated version of RAGE Plugin Hook, required to play LSPDFR, can be found inside the LSPDFR download. It is not currently available on the RAGE Plugin Hook website.

Game keeps going bad. 100% working before, now doesn't work.

So this has happened twice so far. Let me explain as much as I can.

First, just would like to say, I am a EFI calibrator (I tune engine computers with laptops), so I'm decently computer proficient.

I've had GTA V on my computer for a year or so. I'd just play casually here and there and it has always worked fine. I never did any mods this time.

Last week I found out about LSPDFR. I installed and played it over the weekend. I then started adding plug ins and a few mods on Monday. I added all the basic plugins. These are all the things I added:
Stop the ped
Callout manager
Compulite

Ultimate backup

Grammar police

ScriptHook

Location display

Yobbin COs

Super COs

For mods, all I did was the glock 17, realistic mag size and flashlight.

I play the game all Monday evening after adding plugins and mods. Wake up Tuesday and the game wont work (it gets stuck on the "loading story mode" screen). Even just GTA V wont boot up (same issue). Even after removing the mods folder (via renaming to "_mods" and via removing folder for GTAV folder), the game still wont start up.

To try and fix it, I remove the plugins and mods. Still no dice. Then I use the launcher to verify game files. Says nothing is wrong but the game still wont launch.

At this point (mid Tuesday), I uninstall everything to do with the game. Reinstall it all. Get it 100% working with all mods. Check it after restarting computer, still work fine. Make a restore point (at 3pm), then play a few time during the later afternoon and evening.

Wake up this morning, and again, its all broken. GTAV w/ LSPDFR wont boot up (gets stuck on "launching story mode" screen). GTAV by itself won't boot up (same issue). Doesn't start up after renaming mods folder to _mods. At this point, I try to load the restore point from yesterday when the game was working 100% perfectly. Still no dice.

So if anyone can help, that would be awesome. I can provide whatever logs you need me too, as long as you tell me where they are located. Id really like to play this game a lot, but having to reinstalling all of the game and mods almost daily kinda takes the fun out of it.

UPDATE: So I got it to work. But still have questions.

I was reading around about my issue and found this thread.

He mentioned that it was his save file giving him issues. So I went into my saves folder, removed my last save from the folder and put it on the desktop and the game now works in regular story mode or with the RAGE.

So the save that was causing the issue was my last save I did last night. Does anyone know why/how my save would cause this issue. I suspect that is the same thing that happened the first time.

Also, does this mean I can never save my game again? Or what do I need to do to make sure my save files work always.

Also if your game loads up, go on duty, then close the game. After the game closes, send the RAGEPluginHook.log file from your main GTAV folder here.

Can I do this without using the 100% save game you linked above?
