I need help with a black layer on top of my car skin

I need some help with the skins of my vehicles in lspdfr.

When I spawn the car/helicopter, you can see the skin but there is a black'ish layer on top of it. (foto 1,2,3)

When I change the main color of the vehicle too clear white it dissappears (foto 4,5,6)

But I have to do this every time i spawn them, and the AI wont do it.

So, how can I adjust this in the game files?
