The latest updated version of RAGE Plugin Hook, required to play LSPDFR, can be found inside the LSPDFR download. It is not currently available on the RAGE Plugin Hook website.
[16th April] LSPDFR Enhanced Preview has been updated to include a fix for users struggling to access the PD interior.

Hello there, yesterday evening I had some problems with my game fast forward I ended up removing all the files from my GTA V main directory. After installing Ragepluginhook again it crashed on startup even though I have nothing else installed.

    update I uninstalled scripthooknet and it still crashes
