Terrible Graphics when LSPDFR Plugin Loads

Featured Replies

Installed Visual V and my graphics were terrible and whenever I move the screen flashes white (see below). Used the other OIV file in the folder to uninstall it but the graphics remained the same. Messed around with which plugins loaded on startup and found out it only happens with LSPDFR. If I load on startup the graphics are bad and if I load them when I get into game it crashes. Tried all the normal texture loss procedures which didn't help either as this isnt exactly texture loss. All help appreciated.

Edit: Renaming mods folder prevents it, any ideas what it could be since all I installed was Visual V?
