Game Crashes Upon Going on Duty

Featured Replies

Hello to whoever may read this,

I recently updated my GTA5 to the newest version and installed the newest LSPDFR along with it. I didn't change anything besides deleting the old LSPDFR and replacing it with the new one.

Everything works totally fine until I decide to go on-duty. My game just randomly crashes the second I go on-duty with no crash log or anything. It just quits the game and doesn't do anything after that. I think it may be a plugin problem, but I'm not sure which one may be outdated or isn't supported anymore. If anyone knows a fix for this please let me know. Thank you!

Updated all of the plugins you listed but still having some problems. It seems like "686 Callouts" is the problem. I'll attach the most recent log below.

RagePluginHook - Copy (2).log 108.9 kB · 0 downloads

686 Callouts is working stably for me and others.

Try updating RAGENativeUI.dll. Download it from this link, open the .zip, then drag RAGENativeUI.dll into your root GTAV folder.

I removed the 686 callouts and now my game works perfectly fine. It could be conflicting with my other plugins somehow. Anyways, thanks for your help!

Interesting. Are you sure it was installed correctly? And also make sure that there are no errors in the INI file.

I’ll try installing it again and I’ll let you know how it goes but as far as I know I never touched anything within the plugin.

I'm sorry @DarkVypr seems to be missing the glaring error in your log files. also this has nothing to do with 686callouts.
In `GTA/LSPDFR/lspdfr.ini` change `Main.DisableGameBlipHiding = false` to `Main.DisableGameBlipHiding = true`

Let's ignore the log spam and blame 686 Callouts.

There is no issue in your log with 686 Callouts - it was not doing anything when you crashed. Thank you Super for making that quite clear.

If it was causing an issue I cannot stress enough...

Report it to me.

No report = I am unaware of the problem = it never gets fixed.

Report = I am aware of the problem = problem gets fixed.

And another thing: just because removing X fixes something doesn't mean it is the problem. I could count numerous examples of that.

I'm not sure what I would say if I reported it to you. My game just all of the sudden starting working fine after removing the plugin. I also don't think the plugin was necessarily the root cause but that's what fixed my game. I think it was just conflicting with another file/plugin somehow considering the plugin has worked perfectly fine in the past.

Unless it was just some kind of strange coincidence, that's what happened.

Also I changed that to 'true' now. Thanks.

You don't need to say much other than
A) A description of your problem & when it occurs.

B) Your log file.

That's all you need to do to make mine and other developers lives a lot easier. 🙂
