The latest updated version of RAGE Plugin Hook, required to play LSPDFR, can be found inside the LSPDFR download. It is not currently available on the RAGE Plugin Hook website.
[16th April] LSPDFR Enhanced Preview has been updated to include a fix for users struggling to access the PD interior.

First, try installing this:

 

https://github.com/alexguirre/RAGENativeUI/releases/download/1.9/RAGENativeUI.zip

 

Open the .zip, then drag RAGENativeUI.dll into your main GTAV root.

 

If this doesn't fix it, go to your lspdfr.ini and change Main.DisableGameBlipHiding to false.
