HotKey changed1

Hey guys!
Im having an issue with LSPDFR where my lights hotkey has changed to H from E. I have els and natural vision (IDK if that impacts hotkeys but after I installed it thats when it changed.) I cant seem to find where the game is getting the hotkey from because Ive changed Keys.xml and ive edited my ELS files and neither seem to work. I dont know where NV installs and dont want to go digging through files and change things because it will probably break my game lol. Anything helps!

Thanks!

ELS uses their own keys: J K & L for lights ; G and D1, D2, D3, D4, D5 for sounds.
