after i'm on duty i can accept the first callout that pops up immediately go on duty, after like 10 seconds i can't accept any callouts or pullover cars (keep in mind i tried to not accept the first callout same thing happens)i included my rageplugin and pictures of my plugins folder and lspdfr folder in plugins

i followed the list but still after 5min in game it won't let me accept the callouts or pull over any vehicle

When you say "after 5 mins", are you able to accept only one callout? You might be marked as not available through one of your plugins, after accepting one. Make sure that you are also cancelling traffic stops to ensure that everything cleans up.

i made sure i ended the callout and even pressed END just to be on the safe, i requested a call i tried to accept it but nothing happened (when i did that i got a notification saying i'm on a callout when i tried to request the call but i already clicked on code 4 and clicked on end earlier and i saw the notification for code 4 on the screen) so i tried to pull over a vehicle but no response whatsoever

Try temporarily removing SpeedyPursuit.

i tried that the period where i accept calls got extended but i noticed if ended the call and not dispatch it won't most likely happen where it keeps saying im still on a call even though i requested to end the call from stop the ped, section 136 and the radio.

Send a new log of when this happens. Some plugins are poorly made and cause this.

I mean correct me if i'm wrong but you changed your status to "In Pursuit". If you want calls, this needs to be set to available.

i was on a traffic stop and i got a call from dispatch about a hostage situation i ignored the call and continued with the traffic stop (callout interference was still showing the details of the call) after i was i done i clicked on request to end the callout from stop the bed and it said "callout ended at specific time & date" at the bottom of the callout interference and i couldn't pullover any vehicle or accept any callouts no matter how many times i went code 4 or requested to end callout or press END so i tried to pull over a car and it just sped up so i clicked on pursuit
