The latest updated version of RAGE Plugin Hook, required to play LSPDFR, can be found inside the LSPDFR download. It is not currently available on the RAGE Plugin Hook website.

I have figured out that when I crash, it is only around either the beginning of a call, or the end of a call. It is RARE that it happens in-between calls.

Honestly I don't know. You might wanna try re-installing some parts of LSPDFR because it looks like you have some corrupted items.

 

"SuspectTransportManager" is a few of these.

Try re-installing UltimateBackup, making sure to save the changes you made to the UB INI files. Try using the default UB INI before adding yours back in to make sure that none of your settings broke the plugin.
