I'm using the ForceACallout plugin and whenever I press 'X' to force a call out the callout will popup but when I press 'Y' to accept, it will soon after say "Code 4 Disregard". This happens for every single callout and I'm not sure why. I have looked at the RagePluginHook log but I cannot find where/why it is doing this. I believe that all of the plugins/callouts that I have installed are up to date as I have gone through and updated some/most, but I could be wrong. I have attached my RagePluginHook log file, any help or assistance would be appreciated. Thank you!

I highly highly doubt this will fix it but your FAC is out of date. You could try updating it.

 

How do I do that to check my plugins?

Your game seems to be failing to spawn peds or vehicles. That's not good.

You should first rename your mods folder to _mods to temporarily disable it, testing if that's the issue.

Okay, so I renamed the mods folder to _mods and of course lost all vehicle mods, etc. However, I was not able to recreate the Code 4 Disregard error that I kept getting. So I'm assuming there must be some sort of problem within my mods folder? Any recommendations/solutions as to how to fix this?
