You don't actually have pass any parameters to the ForceDuty command. These are merely optional parameters, that most players won't find any use for. I'll give you the rundown on what they do, to satisfy any curiosity you may have.

Quote

keepCurrentOutfit (boolean)

This parameter takes either a "true" or "false" value (without quotes) and decides whether LSPDFR should change your outfit to that of the agency you last played with.

If you set this to "true", LSPDFR will not change your player's current outfit. For example, if you've setup your EUP before you've setup LSPDFR, and don't want to reconfigure everything - supplying "true" here will prevent LSPDFR from changing the outfit, so your character will retain the appearance it had before you executed the command.

keepLoadout (boolean)

This parameter, like the previous one, accepts either a "true" or "false" value (without quotes) and decides whether LSPDFR should modify your weapon loadout, the technical term for what weapons your player currently has in their weapon wheel. If you supply "true" to this parameter, LSPDFR will not make any changes to your player's current weapons, and you'll keep the weapon loadout of your Story Mode character. If you supply "false" to this parameter, or do not supply it at all, it will give you the weapon loadout set in the inventory.xml file of your current agency.

agency (string)

This parameter is used to override the agency you'd like to go on duty with. If you do not supply this parameter, it will default to the agency you last played with when playing LSPDFR. An agency simply defines the skins of backup, and the vehicles your AI officers use - and unless you modify it, will be LSPD / LSSD depending on where you are in the map. If you supply this parameter, you'll need to use the name used to refer to the agency within the XML files, under "script_name".

In short, you don't need to specify anything when passing this command. If an exception is being thrown when you execute this command, there's probably something wrong with either:

  • Your LSPDFR installation
  • A plugin you have installed

If you send the RAGEPluginHook.log file located in your main GTA V folder once you've encountered this issue, to this thread, I'll be able to take a look in greater detail and let you know how you can fix this issue. If you need some help with sending a log file, let me know.

Kind regards,

Max

The log you're looking for Is in your base game directory; and will not have any numbers in the name.
