so i got everything installed i just need help getting all the right things to make it real. for examp0le how do i get to be able to talk to the dispacher. and write tickets and get car to pull over and interact with them. i know this is alot im a beginner

    My recommendations are these:
     

    All of Bejoijo's mods, these are great and work extremely well together. They allow you to use a police computer (CompuLite), interact with anyone (StopThePed), and etc...: https://www.bejoijo.com/
     

    GrammarPolice lets you talk to the dispatcher. The speech recognition is kind of eh but it works really well with simple phrases if you speak clearly:
