My game loads in properly and i can enter the police station but when I try to go on duty I get an error saying "LSPD first response error" then the game crashes.

Upload your RAGEPluginHook.log which is located in your GTAV root.

To avoid loosing any customisations to keybinds or XML files, you can just install the "DefaultRegions.xml" file from the Ultimate Backup download.

Could not find a part of the path 'C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\Grand Theft Auto V\Plugins\LSPDFR\UltimateBackup\DefaultRegions.xml'

That's missing, and it needs to be there. 😄
