The latest updated version of RAGE Plugin Hook, required to play LSPDFR, can be found inside the LSPDFR download. It is not currently available on the RAGE Plugin Hook website.
[16th April] LSPDFR Enhanced Preview has been updated to include a fix for users struggling to access the PD interior.

that loaded the game for me, however some of my vehicles are missing. I'm guessing that they're not compatible anymore?

    The reason they didn't load is because renaming your mods folder disables it temporarily.
