I was playing LSPDFR normally and jailed a suspect, upon walking outside I tried using my grammar police and after clicking the key once or twice my whole game froze and everytime I try to get back into LSPDFR my gta black screens.

Upload your RAGEPluginHook.log which is located in your GTAV root.

Hiya,

This log does not reflect what you are saying as it is from a game session where LSPDFR was not loaded.

Please replicate your issue and then attach your new log.

Yep, as Charlie said, this log isn't the same one that was generated when your game crashed. You need to make the game crash the same way, then upload a new log that it generates.
