The latest updated version of RAGE Plugin Hook, required to play LSPDFR, can be found inside the LSPDFR download. It is not currently available on the RAGE Plugin Hook website.

Can you send a RAGEPluginHook.log file so i can get an idea of versions? It's in your main GTAV folder.
 

Please also ensure that you are pressing shift to blip someone when you pull them over.

No nothing happens and i have not changed any keys
