I recently installed a bunch of callout plugins and now when I start up my game lspdfr crashes and I get a message that says "CORE: An exception occured while executing 'OpenInteriors.asi' (0x00007FFD2C30B950), id 34" the game ran fine before installing the callouts. I attached the logs

The game did work when I rename d my mods folder "_mods" what does this mean or what needs fixed in my mods folder?

Try installing RAGENativeUI.dll from this link. Drag and drop RAGENativeUI.dll from the .zip file into your GTAV root.
