The latest updated version of RAGE Plugin Hook, required to play LSPDFR, can be found inside the LSPDFR download. It is not currently available on the RAGE Plugin Hook website.

Are you sure you installed EUP correctly?

 

Turns out that realistic gun mod changes everything, and EUP isn't the issue.
 

You will need to do this once more, and then re-install EUP.

 

Do not use that guns mod.

Oh sorry yea I made a mistake. That post won't really solve your issue. It looks like you WILL have to remake your mods folder which is unfortunate.
