The latest updated version of RAGE Plugin Hook, required to play LSPDFR, can be found inside the LSPDFR download. It is not currently available on the RAGE Plugin Hook website.
[16th April] LSPDFR Enhanced Preview has been updated to include a fix for users struggling to access the PD interior.

Hello, I recently booted up (or attempted to) LSPDFR; and RPH decided to crash, it was working completely fine 10 minutes beforehand, when I installed better ELS reflections and super callouts. I changed the name of my mods and plugins folders to _mods and _plugins to see if that would have any affect on whether or not LSPDFR would actually start, but it didn't, I'll put the pastebin of the crash report down below, if anyone can help me it would mean a lot, I just want to play LSPDFR.

    In what stage of the boot does it crash? Do you get a loading screen for approximately 10 seconds, and then a crash?

    It was always crashing near the end of the loading screen, it would get to Populating World and just when it would usually black screen to load LSPDFR, it would crash.
