So since GTAV has been updated to the version 2699 and also had LSPDFR, RagePluginHook, and Scripthookv been update my game isn't working anymore. When i try to start my game the message "PackfileLimitAdjuster Unable to find pattern #15" will appear on my screen. 

Does anyone know how to fix this?

you need to wait for an update. PackfileLimitAdjuster needs an update.

But is it ever gonna update? last update was in 2018 sooo idk 🤷‍♂️

I saw it. I hope^^. Maybe someone else do a mod for that 😄 

Do we need the pack file limit adjuster for GTA V to work what happens if we just remove it?

I can't tell you if your game works if you just remove it but mine isn't working if i remove it. I will be in an endless loading screen if i remove it. I have installed many dlc car packs and scripts/plugins so i had to install the gameconfig and if i install the gameconfig its highly recommended to use PackfileLimitAdjuster and the HeapAdjuster.

I removed mine and its working for now

 

for people who use a lot of mods packfile limit adjuster is needed otherway game wont work i have the same problem a lot of mods and packfile limit adjuster isnt working only thing we can do now is praying for update

Is there any way to downgrade the game?, because I think It will solve this problem

 

actually, the game worked, but, the mods didn't worked with me 😞
