I recently reverted  my game from 2699 back to 2628 and everything loads up as normal but when I start loading up it gets stuck on the loading screen and never loads up even though it looks completely normal if you can please help me with this thanks.

I’m having the same issue and yet to find a solution. Try deleting your mods folder and see if it fixes it. Then you know it’s an issue with your mods folder. (Make sure you copy it somewhere so you can put it back in)

Why did you reverted back to the old version? A new version of LSPDFR and RagePluginHook is available. Don't delete your mods folder simply rename it to "_mods" if you wanna test sth.

If you still need help after the update of GTAV with the loadingscreen just go to my topic.
