RagePluginHook does not launch

Featured Replies

I apologize if I missed a forum regarding this issue but here is what I'm experiencing. I try to get RPH to open and my computer fans get louder like it tries to open and then they get quiet again. I ran into an issue where RPH was not the same game version as the one I had downloaded. So I got the file from the LSPDFR file, and installed all files into the Main GTAV directory. I have tried removing mods, plugins, scripts and start with a clean GTAV with LSPDFR and RPH wont even open, fans get loud and then quit. I have tried launching GTAV and then launching RPH and it wont load RPH to hook GTA. I had it working today, I tried to install a script, I launched the game fine but the script was not working, It stopped launching. I have since then removed the script thinking this was my issue but it still did not work. I'm sure I'm overlooking something stupid so any help would be greatly appreciated.

Having this same issue. No idea what’s going on. I have tried everything to remedy it with no solution.

so far I’ve; - clean install of gta and then revert game version because of yesterdays update, clean install of lspdfr, removed all mods besides lspdfr (so not mods folder issue or .asi mod), I had also updated my graphics card driver earlier so I reverted that back to the version that was working previously., I also went through the game files and “took ownership” as well as gave full access permissions to all users, thinking the issue was the inability to access a file RPH needed.

but absolutely no luck. RPH just opens and about 3 secs pass and it closes. So odd and so so so frustrating

I had a file called RagePluginHook.euifl that I didn't remember being in my main GTA directory, I removed that file and it started working for whatever reason.
