The latest updated version of RAGE Plugin Hook, required to play LSPDFR, can be found inside the LSPDFR download. It is not currently available on the RAGE Plugin Hook website.
[16th April] LSPDFR Enhanced Preview has been updated to include a fix for users struggling to access the PD interior.

    Go to GTAV/Plugins and rename the LSPDFR folder to _LSPDFR ; we are testing to see if the issue lies with a plugin in there.

    Give it another shot & report back. 😄
