Car replacement doesn't work

Hello everyone,

I am using car replacements sind quite a while and i'm pretty failiar with it. But now I had a weird problem:

I casually replaced the files in the "patchday" foulder and in "ELS". But when I launch the game, the car I replaced is not replaced in the game. In OpenIV, the new model shows up (if I double click it, it shows the model). But in the game, it is the previous model from before the replacement (i hope you guys get what i mean). I already restartet the game, OpenIV, my computer etc. and also tried a different patchday. 

Has someone an idea how to fix? Thank you!
