ELS Lights don't work HELP!!!

HI all,

 

When I fully turn on my ELS lights on my cars, I only get wig-wags.  I tried this with police4 and police3 slots.  Any ideas what could be wrong.  Perhaps the Carvariations or vehicles.meta?  All my cars have lightbar tint turned to the normal level 0x00FFFFFF. 

 

Any ideas?
