Need some help with consistent crashing problems

Featured Replies

Hey homies!  I've been having some pretty consistent crashing issues.  I can usually get vehicle replacements to work fine, but this time they just won't work...  The game keeps crashing in the loading screen, I can't even get into the game.  I got in one time by disabling Rage to take over DirectX, but that made it so I couldn't go into the police garage or station.  I was able to confirm that the vehicles in fact did not work tho, and only after I had installed the vehicles was when it started crashing.  I have 2 really big mods, and those are GTA V Redux and a replacement pack of over 200 cars for ped vehicles to change them into IRL cars.  I also have LeFix's Simple fuel and speedometer.  The car pack I downloaded was the LCSO Liberty Pack by Ripple.  I'm gonna attach my latest crash log, thanks in advance to anyone who helps, it's really appreciated!!

Edit:  Forgot to mention, but it might be kinda obvious that I have LSPDFR as well lol, and ELS

I FOUND IT!!!  For anyone who comes across this problem and has a similar looking log as mine, disable the setting in Rage that turns off the loading screen thingy.  I think the setting is called disable custom loading screen, and it turns off the screen that shows you what plugins are loading.  It has a bug where it sends a double command line for that command, and that causes the crash.  I'm so mad that it was so simple!!!  My thought process was that since I could load into the game when stopping Rage from hooking to DX, if I limited the amount of Rage on screen it would not crash.  So I turned on that setting, and it messed everything up.

This was found with help at this forum post, I can't take credit since I woulda never thought that an actual Rage setting would be causing such crashes
