Hi all, 

Attempting to download and install LSPDFR for the first time, with a clean copy of GTA V, and for some reason the mod seems to not be working. I go to my game files and ensure I have all of the files according to the install guide and then double click the Rage Hook Plugin. From there, the game begins launching (I use the Steam version) and takes me to the screen where you select online or story mode, and once I load into story mode the game starts normally but none of the police stations are marked on the map and the Rage hook in game console button seems to not work. I have triend uninstalling and reinstalling, both with the installer and manually and the issue persists. I did make sure the LSPDFR plugin was set to load in the Rage Hook settings, but I have run out of ideas even after lookng at the other posts and video tutorials. Any help y'all can offer would be appreciated, thanks!

Are you sure RPH is hooking properly?
is it popping up any errors or does the RPH logo get smaller and move to the bottom corner of the screen?
What button are you pressing to activate the console?

The RPH does not pop up any errors, nor does the RPH logo move to the bottom of the screen. Here is my launcher log.
