The latest updated version of RAGE Plugin Hook, required to play LSPDFR, can be found inside the LSPDFR download. It is not currently available on the RAGE Plugin Hook website.
[16th April] LSPDFR Enhanced Preview has been updated to include a fix for users struggling to access the PD interior.

When I run the rage plugin it just opens up the rockstar launcher and my epic game is running but it doesn't open the game:unknown.png

when i go to rage plugin hook - notepad they give error like this :
