having a issue with a pack using shared ytd files

i donno if this is the place to ask or not but imma try.

so i installed SAHP pack by JacobMaate since its compatible with some other mods that also makes those vehicles be used by backup and drive around the map.  but wanted to change the vehicles to irl cars.  but now im in the situation that the pack uses shared ytd files so there is a few cars called sahp1a and b and c and so on.  but they seem to all use the textures that are stored in the ytd that belongs to the vehicle thats just called sahp so when i sahp to another model all the other cars textures are messed up, if i then take the textures from the other cars ytd and drop them into sahp.ytd they are fine again.  but now that one ytd file is too big and is not wanting to spawn any of those vehicles. so was wondering if there is a way for me to make the pack stop using this sharing files thingy.  ive been sitting here for hours trying to google and see if i can figure out how to do it but im unable to figure it out, so was hoping someone in here maybe can help me with a solution so i can use the pack and still replace the vehicles with other models and have the textures work without having to put them all in the same ytd file since that just is not optimal especially since some of the cars have textures that are called the same so one car is fine but the other car now has a messed up texture since i cant have both in the same ytd at the same time.

hope this whole thing makes sense to someone that may be able to help me out with this
