registered owner of vehicles

Featured Replies

So ive noticed if i run the plate of some vehicles (not exactly sure of all the vehicles that do this) like the tow truck it will say the registered owner is "casey's highway clearance"

and was kinda wondering if someone in here knows if there is a way to change this? (i have custom tow truck vehicle with another company livery and wanted to change it in there just for the sake of doing it.  but cant seem to figure out what plugin or system or file is choosing who the registered owner is. i have a few plugins that all give you the ability to run a plate and the same info comes up from the vehicle so was thinking it maybe was lspdfr that does it but well as said cant seem to find a file or something that controls this.

it really isnt that important and i can live without it but im the type of person that likes small details so would be awesome if there was a way to change this to fit the vehicle it is instead of just having "casey's highway clearance"
