RAGE Plugin Hook is installed incorrectly.

RAGE Plugin Hook must be installed in the game folder.

It is currently installed or working in
C:\Users\sohum\Documents\Rockstar Games\GTA V.

Please reinstall RAGE Plugin Hook in
the game folder.

My GTA lancher is Epic Games so I listened to the other people to open GTA etc and it still did not work and I am not on a mission rn.

You have RPH installed in the wrong place (as the error message says).
It needs to be installed and run from the same folder as your GTA installation (not the Rockstar games folder in your documents). It should be installed in the same folder that you have the gta5.exe
