[LCPD:FR] Crash in pursuit & Backup doesn't work

I have again a problem with LCPD:FR, well, two problems ...
 

To start, my first problem is that my game keeps crashing, I play a few minutes, I patrol, ... I start a chase and it crashes ...

I examined the log files, here is what I found in the "AdvancedHook.log" :

Then, my second problem is that, when I call for reinforcements during a pursuit, the dispatcher warns me well by saying that a unit is coming, it appears well on the map in the form of a small blue dot, starts to come towards me, then the blue dot disappears and nobody comes to help me.
