The latest updated version of RAGE Plugin Hook, required to play LSPDFR, can be found inside the LSPDFR download. It is not currently available on the RAGE Plugin Hook website.

okay so when i shoot someone they never react until the last shot (being killed) and also it takes 2-3 headshots to kill them.

 

any help or suggestions to fix this?
