I get stuck in a loading screen while attempting to play after the update, rage log attached below

Are you able to launch regular GTA and load in story mode and move your character around?
if no
Try renaming your mods folder to _mods
Then try start your game again.

When I rename my mods folder to _mods it just crashes whether I'm using rage or not

1. I only told you to do that if you were not able to load story mode without RPH, was that the case?
2. Do you have a vfs.dll file in your main game directory?

Yeah, I have a vfs.dll

Rename the vfs.dll file to _vfs.dll. 
Then try start your game again.

that means there was in issue with something you installed through LML.
you can rename your mods folder back

 

my game just keeps crashing when i load up the RPH or the regular game could someone help me?
