The latest updated version of RAGE Plugin Hook, required to play LSPDFR, can be found inside the LSPDFR download. It is not currently available on the RAGE Plugin Hook website.
[16th April] LSPDFR Enhanced Preview has been updated to include a fix for users struggling to access the PD interior.

Crashing while playing, any help would be appreciated.

Can anyone help me decipher what is causing my LSPDFR to crash ingame?

I think it's plugins but I can't tell which ones are out of date or causing it.

    The following plugins are outdated. This means they are not updated for the latest LSPDFR version.
    I'd suggest their removal for the smoothest experience as they may cause issues.
    However, if you find this fixes the issue, you are welcome to try re-adding them.
    Though if an issue does reappear, then the plugin(s) should not be kept.

    In reference to this specific log, that crash appears to be unavoidable I am afraid. However doing the aforementioned may help with other crashes you experience.
