AI Police behaviour

Featured Replies

any chance we could get the ai cops to shoot from there vehicle

in sp they do ive had a look through the combat behaviour and applied Flag "will drive-by" to regular cops

it works kind of......😑

for swat it doesn't seem to work even though the flag is applied, they only will shoot at the player from the vehicle but  not lspdfr suspects even when lethal force is enabled this only applies instantly to choppers units when they dismount...

ill give an example of where this behaviour would be needed.

you respond to a civ with a gun your rolling swat youve got 2 partners

as you get to the location the ai just opens up on you , while your partners do not react until exiting the vehicle.

another example ill use the default lspdfr callout armed suspect's in a vehicle as you get behind they just kill the pursuing cops repeatedly

it would be good if the pursuing cops fired back.

could one of the talented modders please change it so they will shoot from the car please

it would be much more immersive as appose to having my partners wiped out on arrival this is especially true  when using the realistic damage mod.
