First response.dll crashing when going on duty

Hi!

When i launched my gta and went on duty my First response.dll just crashes over and over again. Does anybody know how to fix this problem i have tried reinstalling rage native ui version 1.8.2 but still doesent work (I have version 2612 of gta ). Before it happened I also installed some vehicle addon mods so you know that if that could have somthing to do with it but I dont think so beacuse I tried deleting everything I installed that day. You can also see my RPH log down here if that could help you.
