It keeps going back to the option to not load any plugins on startup. No matter how often i change it to "Load all plugins on startup" it keeps going back to "Don't load any plugins on startup"Bild_2022-05-13_002057728.thumb.png.bc0c208520d8cc560038bdcc206186cb.png

    Close RPH then open the startup.rphs file in your main game folder (you can edit it with notepad).
    delete anything that is already inside the file, then add ReloadAllPlugins and save the file.

    Any answers on this? Having the same issue. Updated ASI Manager in OIV, new gameconfig.xml, packfile limiter, heap adjuster... Nodda. Stuck on the loading screen with no plugins showing up.

    Looks like there is a new GTA update, i'll reinstall everything
