The latest updated version of RAGE Plugin Hook, required to play LSPDFR, can be found inside the LSPDFR download. It is not currently available on the RAGE Plugin Hook website.

So I just have downloaded normal vehicles mods. Attached I will leave the link to both of the mods I do have installed. I use simple trainer, and on the added vehicles section, there are already 4 cars that I never installed. I am unable to add on any other vehicles. Could those vehicles appearing on the added vehicle section be the reason why? I know my pc can handle the mods I want to install because I have had them installed before. I do not know what is going on.
